Cheesy Penne With Italian Sausage
- 2 pounds Italian Sausage
- 2 cans Four Cheese Pasta Sauce, Any Brand
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
- 30 ounces, weight Ricotta Cheese
- 1- 1/2 pound Penne Pasta, Cooked
- Brown sausage in skillet, crumble it fairly small.
- Boil noodles.
- Mix ricotta and 1 cup of mozzarella in a large bowl.
- Drain sausage, add to the bowl, mix in noodles and pasta sauce.
- Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish, cover with remaining cheese, bake at 350 for 30-45 mins.
