Chicken Fricassee

  1. Heat oil in large frying pan on medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and onion; cook until chicken is cooked through and onion is tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in soup and mushrooms.
  4. Add water, wine, thyme and salt; mix well.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Add rice and parsley; stir.
  8. Cover and let stand 5 min.
  9. Sprinkle with bacon.
