Disappearing Chocolate Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350F Gease 13x9-inch baking pan.
  2. Combine sugar, butter, cocoa, eggs, egg white, vanilla and salt in a large mixer bowl; beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Alternately beat in flour and evaporated milk just until blended.
  4. Fold in nuts.
  5. Spread in prepared baking pan.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  8. Frost with Creamy Chocolate Icing.
  9. CREAMY CHOCOLATE ICING:.
  10. Combine baking cocoa and 3 tablespoons melted butter in medium bowl; stir well.
  11. Alternately stir in 1 cup sifted powdered sugar and 1/4 cup evaporated milk.
  12. Stir vigorously until smooth.
