Devil Food Cake

  1. Cream butter with sugar.
  2. Add baking soda to buttermilk.
  3. Add baking soda and buttermilk to creamed butter and sugar.
  4. Then add eggs one at a time.
  5. Next add vanilla and pecans.
  6. Sift in flour.
  7. Melt chocolate to this add milk and brown sugar.
  8. Pour the hot chocolate mixture into cake batter.
  9. Stir Well.
  10. Prepare one 9 X 13 cake pan.
  11. Pour into cake pan.
  12. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
