Pork Stroganoff
- 500 grams Pork diced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil or Cooking Oil
- 3 cup Chicken Stock
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Mixed Frozen Vegetables
- 2 tbsp Mild Mustard
- 4 tsp Cornflour (to thicken)
- 1 cup Sweet White Wine
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 large Onion diced
- Combine Sour Cream, Paprika, Pepper and Salt in a bowl.
- Heat large pan with olive oil, add diced pork and diced onions, fry until pork is light brown.
- Add Mustard and stir well.
- Stir in Sour Cream mixture.
- Cover with Stock and bring to boil.
- Add frozen vegetables.
- Add Cornflour and stir until nice and thickened (not to thick)
- Add Wine.
- Keep heat on high and keep on stirring for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve with Rice or Noodles.
