Cherry Mousse

• 1 tablespoon cherry gelatin
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tart cherries, drained
• 1 (8 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed

1. In a bowl, combine gelatin powder and cherries; fold in the whipped topping.
2. Serve immediately.
3. Yield: 4 servings.
