LG EGG SALAD SOUP

• 2 hard boiled egg white
• 1 bunch baby romania salad
• 3 cup stock of your choice
• 1 dash salt snd pepper

1. in pan bring to a boil stock then add baby romania salad and cooked hard boild egg whites snd simmer 1 minute then off heat and serve
