Russian Reuben in the Round

  1. Heat oven 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in medium bowl until blended.
  3. Add sauerkraut; mix lightly.
  4. Cut off top of bread loaf; remove bread from inside of loaf, leaving 1-inch-thick shell.
  5. Discard removed bread or reserve for another use.
  6. Fill bottom of loaf with layers of 2 cheese slices and half each of the meat and sauerkraut mixture.
  7. Repeat layers; cover with remaining cheese and top of loaf.
  8. Wrap in foil.
  9. Bake 45 min.
  10. or until heated through.
  11. Cut into wedges to serve.
