Banana Kiwi Pudding Recipe

  1. Cook rice and lowfat milk in 2-qt saucepan over medium heat till thick and creamy, 5 to 8 min, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat; cold.
  3. Stir in vanilla and sugar substitute.
  4. Just before serving, mash banana; fold banana and whipped cream into pudding.
  5. Garnish with kiwi fruit slices.
  6. Makes 4 servings.
