Gooey Cinnamon Rolls Recipe
- 12 biscuits
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 c. butter
- 36 sm. marshmallows
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in small bowl.
- Between 2 layers of waxed paper press biscuits into a 3 inch circle.
- Heat butter in small pan; dip biscuit in butter quickly.
- Gently shake to remove excess.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Coat with cinnamon by placing in bowl with cinnamon and turning to coat other side.
- Place on bread and butter plate and put 3 marshmallows in center of biscuit.
- Bring edges up to create balls.
- Line muffin pans and place one ball, seam side down, in each c.. Bake 8-12 min.
- NOTE: Wash pans as quickly as possible!
