Chick Pea Dip
- 1 14 cups lite silken soft tofu, drained
- 2 garlic cloves, Peeled
- 15 ounces garbanzo beans, Drained
- 4 scallions, Tops Only
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Place tofu in food processor and blend
- Add Garlic and Blend.
- Add Remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Chill in fridge and serve.
