Beef Steak

  1. Bring the beef to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Remove the core from the garlic and chop it up.
  3. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and lightly saute the garlic.
  4. Turn the heat up to high, then put the beef into the pan, with the salt and peppered side down.
  5. Once that side has cooked, turn the heat down to low.
  6. Turn the heat up to high and flip it over.
  7. Once cooked through, turn the heat down to low.
  8. Place the crunchy garlic on top of the beef.
  9. Transfer to a plate.
  10. Cut with a knife and check that the inside is done.
  11. Drizzle on some soy sauce and serve.
