Creamy Burrito Casserole
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 medium yellow onion chopped
- 1 1/2 packages burrito seasoning
- 6 large flour tortillas
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 3 cup shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Brown ground beef & onion; drain
- Stir burrito seasoning and refried beans together with ground beef
- Mix soup and sour cream together in a separate bowl.
- Spread 1/2 the sour cream/soup mixture in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish.
- Tear up 3 tortillas and spread over sour cream/soup mixture
- Put half of the meat/bean mixture over torn tortillas.
- Add a layer of cheese.
- Repeat the layers
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Garnish with choice of toppings.
