Spanish Style Pork Chops

  1. Trim excess fat from meat.
  2. In large skillet, brown chops well in hot oil; drain off fat.
  3. Return chops to skillet, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with onions.
  5. Combine sandwich sauce, bouillon and flour; pour over chops.
  6. Add olives.
  7. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
