Krunchy Kale Chips

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Remove kale ribs; discard.
  3. Tear each leaf into 5 or 6 pieces; place in medium bowl.
  4. Add oil; toss to evenly coat.
  5. Spread half the kale pieces into single layer on each of 2 parchment-covered baking sheets.
  6. Bake 14 min., turning after 7 min.
  7. Sprinkle chips evenly with half the cheese; turn.
  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  9. Cool completely.
