Coconut Dates Ice Cream

  1. Refridgerate the can for atleast 2 days.
  2. Shake the coconut milk can well and pour it into a bowl.
  3. It should be very thick and creamy.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Blend the dates with the water till it forms a paste.
  6. If you want a chunky ice cream, don't blend it for too long.
  7. Mix the dates paste into the coconut milk mixture.
  8. It will thin down just a little bit now.
  9. Pour it into a deep airtight container and place in freezer.
  10. REMEMBER: Every 15-20 minutes, go and stir up the base to break the big ice crystals.
  11. (or it will be a block of ice)
  12. Enjoy!
  13. Tip: If your ice cream gets too hard, just put it in the fridge and let it loosen.
  14. Then, slowly freeze again (be careful this time! )
