Gin: Southside Fizz
- Mint leaves
- 1 1/2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 1/4 cup gin
- Lemon juice
- 1 glass of ice
- Club soda
- Garnish: more mint
- Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a mixing glass; add the gin and lemon juice; shake.
- Strain into a glass of ice and finish with club soda.
- Garnish: more mint.
