Cinnamon Chicken Quesadillas

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat; add chicken pieces.
  2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Remove from pan.
  4. Spread 1 side of each tortilla with about 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread.
  5. Place 2 pieces cheese on half of tortilla.
  6. Top with 1/4 chicken pieces and 2 pieces cheese.
  7. Fold tortilla in half.
  8. Spread each side with about 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread.
  9. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  10. Place 2 quesadillas into skillet.
  11. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  12. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
  13. Remove to cutting surface; cut each in half.
