Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Follow the directions of the cake mix.
  3. I used substitute egg liquid instead of actual eggs.
  4. Use Halloween themed cupcake liners and fill in the batter halfway.
  5. Bake for 21 mins.
  6. Stick a toothpick in the cupcakes to check if they're done.
  7. If it comes out clean then you're all set!
  8. Wait till they're completely cooled.
  9. Stir frosting to make it softer.
  10. Divide icing evenly into 3 bowls.
  11. In one bowl, mix in green food coloring.
  12. In another bowl, mix in red and yellow coloring.
  13. Leave the last bowl with the traditional white color.
  14. Frost the cupcakes (8 cupcakes for each color).
  15. Add on sprinkles and M&M's.
  16. Decorate however else you want.
  17. Enjoy!
