Crock pot chicken chili
- 1 can corn
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can rinsed black beans
- 1 packages hidden valley ranch powder
- 1 tsp cummin
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 frozen boneless chicken breast
- 1 packages cream cheese
- Hand Mix corn, rotel, rinsed black beans, Cummin, onion powder, and ranch packet in the crock pot.
- Lay the chicken breast on top.
- And the package of sour cream on top of the chicken breast.
- Cook for 8 hours on low.
- Shred chicken and mix ingredients completely.
- Serve the dish in a bowl with some sour cream and salsa.
- Enjoy as a dip or as a main dish.
