Slow Cooker Whiskey Steak
- 4 whole Steaks (the Cheaper The Better, The Cut Doesn't Matter)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1/4 cups Whiskey (I Used The Cheapest One Can Buy On A Newlywed Budget, But If You've Got Jack Give It A Try!)
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 whole Onion, Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Crushed And Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- Sprinkle both sides of each steak with some salt and pepper and place them in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add all the other ingredients, turn the crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
- If youre like me, peel a couple of carrots, cut them up, and toss them in about an hour before dinner.
- I love me some meat-flavored carrots.
