Monaco Pizza
- 1 box monaco biscuits
- 2 medium tomatos
- 2 medium onions
- 1 Capsicum
- 1/4 cup Oregano Basil Chilli Flakes
- 1 small ketchup
- Lay down the salty biscuits on a microwavable pan.
- Cut the tomatos and onions in rings.
- Dice Capsicum (chilli) into cubes/kites.
- (You may add more veges if you would like.)
- Place the vegies on the biscuits.
- Sprinkle Chilli Flakes, Oregano and Basil.
- Grate cheese over them.
- Bake it till cheese just starts turning brown.
- Garnish each piece with ketchup and coriander leaf.
- Tastes yummy even without baking.
- Suggested vegies: Jalepenos, Black Olives, Corn, Baby Corn, Mushroom.
