Blackened Catfish

  1. Mix barbecue sauce, paprika and cumin; spread onto one side of fish.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add fish, seasoned-sides down; cook 3 min.
  4. Turn fish over; cook 3 min.
  5. on medium heat or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  6. Transfer fish to plate.
  7. Pour drippings from skillet over fish; squeeze lime juice over fish.
