Blackened Catfish
- 1 Tbsp. BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- 4 catfish fillets (1 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lime, cut into four wedges
- Mix barbecue sauce, paprika and cumin; spread onto one side of fish.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add fish, seasoned-sides down; cook 3 min.
- Turn fish over; cook 3 min.
- on medium heat or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Transfer fish to plate.
- Pour drippings from skillet over fish; squeeze lime juice over fish.
