Dinner Rolls
- 34 cup water
- 1 egg
- 3 cups bread flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- Combine all ingredients in order listed in bread machine bucket.
- Process on dough cycle (135 - 140 minutes).
- Remove dough, punch down and form a ball, place in Saran Wrap and cover, let rest 10-15 minutes.
- Spray Pam in two 8" or 9" pans.
- Shape rolls into 9 balls and place in pans.
- Let rise until doubled (45 minutes - 1 hr).
- Bake 350F 15 minutes.
- Brush tops with butter and enjoy!
