Easy Creamed Spinach
- 12-1 cup heavy cream (use amount to give the creaminess you prefer)
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
- 12 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
- grated nutmeg, to taste
- Bring cream to a boil in a saucepan.
- Add the spinach and seasoning.
- Continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency.
- If cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
