Shivering Russian

• 1 12 ounces vanilla vodka
• 12 creme de banane
• 1 12 ounces half-and-half or 1 12 ounces heavy cream
• 2 cups crushed ice

1. Pour ingredients into a blender with crushed ice.
2. Blend at high speed and pour into a highball glass.
