Taco Sauce

• tomato puree, 1 cup
• water, 1/2 cup
• 1 teaspoon vinegar
• 12 teaspoon cumin powder
• 1 teaspoon chili powder
• 1 teaspoon onion seeds
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 tablespoon garlic
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon cooking oil

1. blend all the above ingredients and keep aside.
2. In a pan put oil and blended paste and cook on medium to low flame 15 to 20 minutes.
