Easy Poppy Seed Tilapia
- 6 tilapia filets
- 1 bottle poppy seed dressing
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 sea salt
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- Marinate fish in poppy seed dressing for up to 8 hours, depending on acidic content from citric acid or vinegar.
- Reserve enough dressing to glaze the filets during cooking.
- Rinse and pat dry.
- Drizzle EVOO over the filets.
- Season with onion powder, pepper, and salt.
- Bake at 400 for approximately 4-5 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145 and flesh is opaque.
- Garnish with parsley and poppy seeds.
