Southern Shrimp and Rice

• 1 lb peeled deveined cooked shrimp
• 2 cups cooked white rice
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
• 1 cup frozen okra
• 3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
• hot sauce
• 1 (8 ounce) can white corn
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1. Mix all up in a skillet and cook through.
