Open-Face Turkey Cheddar Melts
- 225 g Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar Cheese
- 24 Ritz Entertaining Selections Buttercrisp Crackers
- 24 slices deli smoked turkey breast (240 g)
- 3 small plum tomatoes, cut into 8 slices each King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Cut cheese into 12 slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
- Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with turkey, tomatoes and cheese.
- Bake 3 min.
- or until cheese begins to melt.
- Top with mustard.
