Easy, No-Bake Protein Squares
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 12 cups whey protein powder, vanilla
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 14 cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon salt
- water
- Lightly spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine protein powder, cocoa, vanilla and chia seeds.
- Mix with enough water to form a loose paste.
- Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter and honey.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Working quickly, add the oats, salt and protein mixture.
- Stir to combine.
- Press into prepared pan.
- Refrigerate 1-2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares.
- Will keep for several weeks in the fridge.
