Rigatoni with Sausage

  1. Spoon off fat.
  2. Add garlic, sauce, wine and peppers.
  3. Heat to boiling.
  4. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add olives, 1/2 cup cheese and rigatoni; toss to coat well.
  6. Serve topped with remaining cheese.
