Crock Pot Apple Butter Recipe

• 2 quarts. apple pulp (apples minced after core removed)
• 2 1/2 c. white sugar
• 2/3 c. brown sugar
• 2 2/3 tbsp. vinegar
• 2 2/3 tbsp. lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
• 3/4 teaspoon cloves

1. Cook in crock pot with the lid on for 2-3 hrs.
2. Remove lid and continue to cook till excess liquid has cooked away.
3. The entire cooking process will take 5-8 hrs.
4. Seal in warm jars and process 10 min in warm bath.
