- 1 stick Unsalted Butter, At Room Temperature
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, At Room Temperature
- 1/2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic
- 13 cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- Salt And Ground Pepper To Taste
- Combine butter and cream cheese in a food processor until smooth.
- Add garlic and basil and process until smooth and light green in color.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with crackers or fresh bread.
