Double Chocolate Cabernet Cherry Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a small bowl soak cranberries in wine for 5-10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, cream sugars and Smart Balance.
  4. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
  5. Make a well in the center of the bowl and combine dry ingredients, then incorporate into sugar mixture.
  6. Fold in chocolate and cranberries.
  7. Drop in even tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 8-10 minutes then cool.
