Light Cream of Pea Soup
- 1 liter water
- 200 g green peas
- 200 g potatoes, cubed
- 100 g carrots, diced
- 100 g parsley roots, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- dill (optional)
- Boil all the veggies.
- Mash everything with a blender.
- After removing,add butter and dill.
- Serve with crouttons.
