Easy Pina Colada Dessert
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 pkg. (8-serving size) JELL-O Pineapple Flavor Gelatin
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- Stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in large bowl at least 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Add evaporated milk, pineapple and coconut; mix well.
- Pour evenly into 8 small dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
- Top with the whipped topping just before serving.
- Store leftover desserts in refrigerator.
