Turkey (Chicken) Cheese Puffs
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 c. chopped cooked turkey (chicken)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls or a total of 8 canned refrigerated crescent rolls
- Combine cream cheese and margarine; beat on medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
- Add milk; beat until smooth.
- Stir in turkey and pepper.
- Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal.
- Spoon 1/2 cup turkey mixture in center of each dough rectangle.
- Moisten edges of each rectangle with water; bring the 4 corners to the center over filling, pinching edges to seal.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
- Yields 4.
- Great for leftover turkey at Thanksgiving!
