Mocha Brownies

  1. In a small heavy saucepan, melt chocolate with butter or margarine over low heat; cool.
  2. Combine next 3 ingredients; set aside.
  3. Beat eggs and sugar at medium speed until light.
  4. Beat in chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.
  5. Stir in flour mixture, cracker crumbs and nuts.
  6. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake in a preheated 350u0b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes.
  7. Glaze while hot. When cold, cut into squares using a sharp knife.
  8. Makes 25 brownies.
