Guadalajara Margarita Pie Recipe
- 1 (14 ounce.) can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 1/2 ounce. Triple Sec (3 tbsp.)
- 1 1/2 ounce. tequila (3 tbsp.)
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 c. whipping cream, whipped green food coloring; optional
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- Whipped cream, lime slices, mint - for garnish
- Combine sweetened condensed lowfat milk, liqueur, tequila, lime juice, whipped cream, and food coloring.
- Pour in graham cracker crust.
- Cover and freeze 4-5 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Let stand a few min before cutting.
- Top pie with whipped cream.
