Gridiron Guacamole

  1. Puree one avocado, the lime juice and garlic in a food processor.
  2. Use a fork to coarsely mash the remaining avocados in a bowl.
  3. Combine all the avocados with the diced tomatoes, onion and cilantro or parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
  6. Makes 2 cups.
  7. Per tablespoon: 30 calories, 2g carbohydrate, no protein, 3g fat, no cholesterol.
