Blue Cheese Spread Recipe

• 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
• 8 ounce blue cheese, crumbled
• 2 Tbsp. Madeira wine
• 2 Tbsp. shallots, finely minced Salt and fresh grnd pepper to taste

1. Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
2. Serve with crackers, bread or possibly fresh fruit.
3. Chefs Notes: Use light cream cheese.
