Chicken Rice Casserole Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can lowfat milk (soup can)
- 1 box frzn peas or possibly frzn green beans
- 1 fryer (salted and peppered), cut up
- 1/2 cube butter
- Mix the rice, soups, lowfat milk and frzn peas together well in a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- Lay the pcs of chicken on top of the mix.
- Heat butter and pour over the chicken.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
