Gingino
- 12 ounces Campari or other amaro
- 2 12-ounce bottles ginger beer
- 12 ounces sparkling water
- 1 to 4 tablespoons simple syrup, to taste, optional
- 6 lime wedges, for garnish
- 6 slices crystallized ginger, for garnish
- In a pitcher, combine amaro, ginger beer and sparkling water.
- Stir.
- Sweeten if desired.
- Fill 6 tall glasses with ice.
- Pour drink mixture into each and garnish with wedge of lime and slice of ginger.
- Serve.
