Baked Pasta Carbonara
- 3 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) FRESH TAKE Cheddar Jack & Bacon Recipe Cheese Breadcrumb Mix, mixed together
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt; drain.
- Return to pan.
- Add cream cheese, peas, sour cream and 1/2 cup FRESH TAKE; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 2-qt.
- baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining FRESH TAKE.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until top is lightly browned.
