Kir

• 6 ounces dry white wine
• 1 tablespoon creme de cassis
• 2 or 3 ice cubes
• Twist lemon peel

1. In a goblet or large wineglass combine all ingredients except the lemon peel and stir gently.
2. Twist the peel to release the oil and then drop peel into the glass.
