Vegan Bean Burger

  1. Lightly grease a small or medium frying pan with natural Canola or Olive Oil (or healthy oil of your choice).
  2. On high, warm the beans for about a minute or so.
  3. (if not warm already).
  4. Reduce heat to medium low.
  5. Put in bowl; mash up with large spoon until they are kind of a paste-like texture.
  6. Add in Bean dip, salt and pepper, and soy sauce.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Flour hands; add flour into mixture until it can be easily formed into a patty.
  9. Lightly grease pan and add patties.
  10. Brown for a couple of minutes, then flip.
  11. Sprinkle "cheese" on top, cover pan.
  12. Toast bread or buns.
  13. When patties are browned and cheese is melted, put on bread.
  14. Garnish with lettuce, fresh tomatoes, salsa or natural ketchup, mustard, vegenaise -- or whatever you like!
  15. Enjoy!
