Slow Cooker Low-Fat Hamburger Vegetable Soup
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 30 ounces meatless spaghetti sauce
- 3 12 cups water
- 1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
- 14 ounces chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Brown ground beef or turkey and add to slow cooker.
- Mix in all ingredients.
- Cover, and cook on high for about 4 hours, or low for about 8 hours.
