Quick and Easy No Added Fat Hummus

  1. Drain half the liquid out of the chickpeas.
  2. Blemd all the ingredients in a blender to your preferred texture.
  3. (i like it quite coarse).
  4. If you use raw garlic add a little at a time or bake it first, otherwise it can taste too raw-garlicky!

chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, malt vinegar, soy sauce, black pepper, cumin powder, salt, coriander
