Broccoli And Chicken Cassarole Recipe
- 1 pkt Frzn broccoli, thawed
- 3/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. Cooked chicken, cubed
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Place broccoli in the bottom of a greased 2 qt baking dish.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and then fold in the lowfat milk, egg, and soup.
- Mix well with a whisk.
- Pour this mix over the broccoli in the dish and add in the chicken and the cheese.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.

- NOTES : Deb's Notes - I forgot the flour and topped the cassarole with Pepperidge Farm Stuffing, dotted with butter.
